Teams ready for team time trial stage

In stage 2 of the 2011 Tour de France, racers are competing in
a 23km team time trial starting and finishing in Les Essarts.  After stage 1, Philippe Gilbert (Omega Pharma-Lotto) is in yellow.  He's followed by Cadel Evans (BMC) and Thor Hushovd (Team Garmin-Cervelo) in the standings.
