Chilean fans give a show in the stadium and Chile wins Mexico by 2-1

In the second game of the Monday night, in San Juan, Chile faced Mexico in the Bicentenario stadium, for the first round of the Group C. The double round already marked the third successive draw of the Copa America, but the Chilean fans filled the stadium, gave
their show in the stands and pushed the Chilean to a victory by 2-1 over Mexico.
In the first half, it seemed a training match between defense and attack. Chile had at least a dozen opportunities to score the first goal, but missed because of the bad shot all of the attackers. In the best chance, Alexis Sanchez came face to face with the goalkeeper and kicked out.
As the saying warns football, who does not score, allows it. And that's what happened to Chile. In the first Mexican attack, Araujo took the crossing and headed in the left corner to open the score.
Chile did not give up, and in the second half went more to the attack, which turned the game in a great pressure upon the Mexican defense. At 66', after crossing the area, Contreras kicked and Paredes scored the equalizer. The turn over did not take long, and six minutes later, Vidal headed and took the opportunity to give the advantage to Chile.
With the advantage on the scoreboard, Chile and Mexico slowed the pace, and Mexico had a chance to the equalizer, but the game ended 2-1. In the next round Chile faces Uruguay, in Mendoza, 8, while Peru plays against Mexico, also in Mendoza, 8.
