Broad frustrates dominant India with brisk innings

NOTTINGHAM, England, July 29 (Reuters) - Stuart Broad struck 66 from 64 balls to help England reach 221 all out on the first day of the second tset against India at Trent Bridge on Friday.
India had reduced England to 124 for eight at tea under overcast conditions ideal for swing bowling.
Broad came out after tea in an aggressive mood and added 73 runs in 70 balls for the ninth wicket with Graeme Swann, who scored 28. Both are playing on their home ground.
England lead the four-match series 1-0.
