Oguro double helps Yokohama widen lead in J-League


YOKOHAMA, Japan (AP)—Masashi Oguro scored both goals as Yokohama F Marinos beat Omiya Ardija 2-1 on Saturday to extend its lead at the top of the J-League standings.
Rafael gave Omiya the lead in the 36th minute but Oguro equalized with a header eight minutes after the break and then sealed the win with another header in the 65th minute.
Yokohama won its fifth straight game to improve to 40 points, three ahead of Kashiwa Reysol, which faces Vegalta Sendai on Sunday.
In other matches, Rafinha scored a late winner as Gamba Osaka beat Jubilo Iwata 2-1 to move into third place on 36 points.
Urawa Reds extended its unbeaten run to eight games after a 1-0 win over Kawasaki Frontale.
A brace from Tadanari Lee helped Sanfrecce Hiroshima thrash Shimizu S-Pulse 4-0, while Takayuki Yoshida scored twice as Vissel Kobe beat Ventforet Kofu 4-2.
Atomu Tanaka scored the only goal of the game to give Albirex Niigata a 1-0 win over Montedio Yamagata.
