TOULOUSE, France (AFP) - Left-sided midfielder Franck Tabanou has extended his contract with Toulouse by two years, the French Ligue 1 side announced on their website on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old, a France Under-21 international, played 34
matches for Alain Casanova's side in the French top flight last season and scored four goals.
Tabanou, who made his professional debut during the 2008-09 season, follows in the footsteps of team-mate Etienne Didot, who signed a three-year contract extension on Monday.
Both players are now linked to the club until 2015.
Toulouse have signed Serbian right-back Pavle Ninkov and Tunisian left-back Aymen Abdennour but also have seen nine players leave the club this summer and remain in the hunt for a new striker and a goalkeeper.
