Injured Dempsey ruled out of Fulham's EPL finale

LONDON (AP) Clint Dempsey's season with Fulham is over after agroin injury ruled the American out of Sunday's Premier Leaguefinale at Tottenham.

Dempsey, who plays in midfield and up front, has scored a career-best 23 goals for Fulham this season.

The Texas native's last goal in Sunday's victory over Sunderland improved his career Premier League total to 50.
