Central midfielder Mathieu Bodmer will miss Paris Saint-Germain's top-of-the-table clash against Montpellier on Sunday with a thigh problem, but playmaker Javier Pastore is back in the squad after a similar injury.
Bodmer injured his thigh during his side's 1-0 win at Dijon in the French Cup on Wednesday.
"Bodmer had a problem at Dijon and he's not available," said PSG coach Carlo Ancelotti on Saturday.
There was better news, however, about Pastore, who has been out of action since hurting his left thigh in a 4-0 French Cup win at minnows Sable-sur-Sarthe on January 20.
"He's trained well this week," said Ancelotti. "There's no problem. I'll decide tomorrow (Sunday) if he'll play from the first minutes or later on.
"Having Pastore for this match will be important."
Should Pastore be deemed fit enough to start, Ancelotti could elect to align an attacking trio of Pastore, Nene and Jeremy Menez, which would consign Kevin Gameiro to a role on the bench.
PSG will go into the match at Parc des Princes with a one-point lead over second-placed Montpellier at the top of the Ligue 1 standings.
