CONCACAF’s Blazer sacked says acting president

MIAMI, May 31 (Reuters) - CONCACAF’s general secretary Chuck Blazer, the whistleblower who made allegations of corruption against Caribbean
soccer federations, has been sacked, said a statement on Tuesday from the body’s acting president.In a letter to Blazer, Lisle Austin, who has taken over temporarily from the suspended Jack Warner as CONCACAF chief, said Blazer was “terminated as general secretary of CONCACAF with immediate effect”.
