NEW ORLEANS, May 1 (Reuters) - Americans Bubba Watson and Webb Simpson took the New Orleans Classic into a sudden-death playoff at the TPC Louisiana on Sunday.
The pair finished the 72 regulation holes on 15-under-par 273 after closing with matching three-under 69s when Watson narrowly missed a birdie putt from nine feet at the par-five 18th.
