Chicago's Guillen suspended two games after ejection

NEW YORK, April 29 (Reuters) - Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen has been suspended for two games following his ejection Wednesday during a game against the New York Yankees. The mercurial manager was also fined an undisclosed amount for his actions and for posting comments on Twitter following the ejection, Major League Baseball said on Friday.

Guillen was sent to the showers for arguing a called third strike to Chicago's Paul Konerko by plate umpire Todd Tichenor in the first inning of New York's 3-1 victory.
He then tweeted, "This one going to cost me a lot money this is patetic (sic)," a violation of MLB's rule against posting remarks on the social network site during a game.
Guillen will sit out Chicago's games Friday and Saturday against the Baltimore Orioles at U.S. Cellular Field.
