Benfica supporters can take their love of Portugal's biggest club all the way to the grave after an agreement with undertakers was announced on Friday.
Fans and their relatives will benefit from discounts of 15.5 percent in funeral costs and will also benefit from a "personalised service" including "funeral urns decorated in symbols of the club."
Undertakers Servilusa also announced on their website that they will play the Benfica club song during funeral services as part of the deal.
"Football is all about passion and it is only logical that an individual's passion should be recognised when they pass away," said undertaker Paulo Carreira.
Benfica, who claim to be one of the best-supported clubs in the world, say that the agreement came about following numerous requests from fans.
