Sochaux striker Cedric Bakambu has extended his contract with the Ligue 1 side for two years until June 2015, the French club announced on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old former under-19 international learned his trade inSochaux, and played 21 top flight matches this season, scoring three goals.
Sochaux narrowly avoided the drop this season, finishing just three points above the relegation zone.
