CARMAUX, France, July 12 (Reuters) - German Andre Greipel won the 10th stage of the Tour de France, a 158-km ride from Aurillac on Tuesday.
Briton Mark Cavendish was second and Spain’s Jose Joaquin Rojas finished third.
France’s Thomas Voeckler retained the overall leader’s yellow jersey.
