MONTPELLIER, France, July 17 (Reuters) - Briton Mark Cavendish won the 193-kilometre 15th stage of the Tour de France on Sunday. American Tyler Farrar was second and Italian Alessandro Petacchi finished third. France's Thomas Voeckler retained the overall leader's yellow jersey.
