Rain washes out opening session in Cardiff

CARDIFF, May 28 (Reuters) - Rain prevented any play before lunch on the third day of the first test between England and Sri Lanka on Saturday.

Lunch was taken half an hour early with England 47 for one in reply to Sri Lanka’s 400 all out.
